Due to an intervention, I lived for one night at the Guimón clinic. Which I thank all the staff for the treatment received from the first moment. Highlighting this was the kindness and excellent attention given to me in the preoperative tests.

I have been going to Clínica Guimon for digestive treatments for years without any problems. The other day I went to do a favor for a friend who needed me to collect a medical report (she does not live in Bilbao and had to go to whoever she could). What cannot be understood is the unpleasant treatment received by the administration. My presence must have bothered them: one of them inadvertently attended to me, even having seen me and being free (it is true that it was his departure time but his colleague was answering a call and it is not difficult to ask, what do you need?), and finally the colleague who, from then, they were all hits and a sympathy that was conspicuous by its absence.

I was there one day for an operation, I have to say that the attention of the nurses/atts was very good, the rest was terrible, I paid €1,300 plus €5 for a tiny TV and €20 for the sofa bed for the companion, with a pillow who woke up with a torticollis, the bathroom was tiny, the dinner and breakfast were terrible, they didn't even give you a bottle of water.

I recently had an appointment with a traumatologist. First, I felt that he wanted to send me away quickly, second, he didn't explain anything to me about what was happening to me, I asked him several things and he answered rudely, he didn't feel like helping me. Honestly, I'm tired of doctors passing the buck to others and ignoring you. The girl outside her office is very nice.
